Our Practice

Intravenous (IV) Sedation Richardson TXThe Contemporary Facial & Oral Surgery facility, built to provide the highest level of surgical care, features four modern procedure rooms, a fully functional operating room with general anesthesia capability, two recovery bays, a separate sterilization area and a nurses’ station, as well as a large consultation room designed with semi-circular seating around a large screen for viewing videos or radiographs in a comfortable, conversational format.

Drs. Stephen Chan and Aidan Phan decided early on to establish a service-oriented oral and maxillofacial surgery practice that caters to each patient’s individual needs, and made a concerted effort to impact the patient experience by designing a serene, comfortable environment. The uniquely designed CFO Surgery facility enables patients to enjoy the best of both the hospital and private practice worlds, with quality surgical care in an affordable, comfortable, and personal setting.

Wisdom-Teeth-Extraction-Richardson-TexasThis state-of-the-art surgical facility features centralized patient monitoring, digital radiography, and sophisticated security for both patient records and financial data. The advanced computer systems ensure that the security of health and financial data exceed the Health Insurance Portability and Accountability Act (HIPAA) standards.

This unique team of surgeons worked with specialized architects and designers to create a 4,000-square foot surgical facility to meet the standards of JCAHO accreditation while meeting the needs of patients to receive personalized care and service. The team plans to obtain JCAHO accreditation in the near future, and is working to ensure that all requirements are met or exceeded.

The Joint Commission on the Accreditation of Healthcare Organizations (JCAHO) sets standards for healthcare organizations and issues accreditation to organizations that meet those standards. JCAHO conducts periodic on-site surveys to verify that accredited organizations substantially comply with Joint Commission standards and continuously make efforts to improve the care and services provided.
